Note: The third-party data provided by our clients will be saved and used exclusively for the purpose of sending an invitation to the feedback provider and – if the same decides to give feedback – for using the feedback in the respective 360 feedback report. 6. DO WE PASS YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
Insofar as we use external providers for fulfilling our contractual obligations and/or for handling of payments (e. g. payment service providers, external coaches), these third parties are provided with the personal data necessary for the respective service. The same are allowed to use the data exclusively for the purpose of the respective service. The respective service provider must observe the privacy policy. The extent of the transmitted data is restricted to the minimum required for the respective service at any time.
If you do not pay your chargeable service in due time, if a payment attempt fails or if an unauthorized reversal of the payment is effected, we reserve the right to involve a dept collection company and provide the same with the personal data necessary for collection of the debt. Furthermore, we only transfer personal data if and insofar as we are obligated to do so by legal provision or due to a court decision.

When your contract with the DCD Service GmbH has been fulfilled, we are going to delete the feedback report and the payment data after an appropriate period of time. Your customer account will remain active in order to make it easier for you to start a new feedback, unless you have explicitly requested deletion of the same. As long as your customer account exists, you are able to change or update your data (except the Login) yourself in your customer account at any time.
b. Feedback provider data
If we have received third-party data from our clients for generating feedback invitations, you as the concerned user may object to the use of your data at any time. Please send such a request to privacy@feedback2you.de. We will delete the respective data immediately.
c. General
We reserve the right to solely block personal data, i.e. to not (yet) delete the same when and as long as a legal regulation for keeping such data exists and/or we are obligated to keep such data due to accounting or invoicing reasons. We will only use these data for the mentioned purposes and save them no longer than the period of time stipulated by the law. After that, these data will be deleted as well.
