GENERAL

Why is a 360° feedback useful?

We are dealing with different persons in private and professional life and has different roles: Each of us is an employee, a colleague, a team leader, a customer, a purchaser, business partner, friend at the same time. We live with mutual expectations, needs and dependencies. 

In a perfect world, mutual feedback in our day-to-day life helps us to communicate different points of view, to make arrangements and to work together constructively.

To give each other feedback is a sensitive issue: We worry about the consequences, shy away from conflicts or simply don’t have the time! An institutionalized feedback process helps us to enable constructive feedback and to develop ourselves in a positive way.

Who should participate in a 360° feedback?

The multidimensional feedback method – the so-called 360° feedback – offers a complete and systematic view while taking into account several information sources.

On the one hand, the feedback receiver rates him-/herself in an online survey (self-perception). On the other hand, those around him – such as supervisor, colleagues, employees, interface partners and clients – rate the person on the same survey with the same criteria (external perception).

The participant receives a complete feedback regarding his/her personality and competencies. The comparison between self-assessment and external assessment offers valuable information for the feedback receiver, helping him/her to further develop his/her competencies and to optimize his/her behavior.

How does the feedback process look like?

The feedback receiver nominates persons close to him/her. In the next step, each nominated person receives a link for an online survey. The participant as well as his feedback providers rate the same criteria. 8 questions are answered in each one of 9 competency areas. At the end of the survey, personal comments can be entered.

Answering the survey takes about 15 minutes. Those who want to enter their feedback in more than one step can save the survey and continue at a later time. The participants are regularly reminded via email to give their feedback.

17 days after the invitation of the feedback team at the very latest, the 360° process will be closed. The participant is provided with the personal final report containing the detailed results.

What is feedback2you?

feedback2you is a service of DCD Service GmbH. feedback2you enables you to get feedback on your personal strengths and competencies from the people with whom you are working together. It’s easy and insightful!

You only have to nominate the persons from which you want feedback. All other things will be done by feedback2you. You will receive the results of your feedback process in a final report. Use this analysis of your strengths and development potential for identifying the next steps of your personal development!

What does the free report include?

With the free report, your final report will contain the results of 2 competence areas.

 

REGISTRATION

How do I register?

The registration only takes a few seconds. You just enter some personal data and confirm your email address. After that, you have successfully registered and can immediately start your personal feedback.

Is the registration free?

The registration at feedback2you is free and without any obligation to buy.

How do I cancel the registration?

Of course you have the right to cancel your registration at feedback2you at any time and without having to indicate the reason.

 

ACCOUNT SETTINGS

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

You have forgotten your password? No problem – click on “Forgot password?” next to the Log-in and enter the email address you have used for registration at feedback2you. After that, you will receive a link via email. Once you have clicked on this link and confirmed, you are able to enter a new password.

How do I change my email address?

Should your email address have changed, it can be updated fast and without any problems. After logging in, click on “My Account”. Here you can see the email address you have entered. Click on “Edit” and enter a new email address. Your address will be changed when you click on “Save”.

Are my data secure at DCD Service GmbH?

Your privacy is very important to us. We respect the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (German Data Protection Act) and the Telemediengesetz (German Telemedia Act). Please find detailed information here. ORDER PROCESS

How do I order a 360° feedback?

Ordering a report is very easy. You select 1 of 3 focus topics: sales, leadership or personal development. Then you choose 2 competence areas out of 9 to be analyzed in your final report. 

You can see the status of your order at any time. For doing so, you click on “My account” after logging in. Here, your orders will be processed and you get information about the status of your feedback. As soon as your feedback has been completed, you can download your final report here.

How do I cancel a 360° feedback?

If you want to cancel your order, please send an email with your request to support@feedback2you.com

Attention: For an order to be cancelled, it is important that the process has not yet started (You have not yet nominated your feedback receivers). In case the 360° feedback process has already started, the order cannot be cancelled. 

 

PAYMENT PROCESS

Which payment methods exist at feedback2you?

You have the possibility to pay via direct transfer, Paypal, credit card and voucher. You can select the payment method during the order process.

How do I pay with a voucher?

During the order process, select a preferred payment method. At this point, enter your voucher code. Your payment will automatically be adjusted before completing your order. 

 

SURVEY

Which questions do I have to complete?

You get an online survey with a maximum of 72 questions (a maximum of 9 competence areas with 8 questions each). You have to answer each question: Either your assessment on a scale of 1 to 6 or – if the question is not relevant for you – you click on “no answer”. Only after you have given your feedback for all questions on a page is it possible to continue on the next page.

How do I give a personal comment?

At the end of the survey you have the possibility to give a personal comment in your own words. Your free text will be integrated anonymously into the final report of the 360 feedback – without any correction, without the author’s name.

Do I have to complete the survey in one go?

Do want to give feedback at one time or in several steps? It`s up to you! Your answers can be saved on every page of the survey: Just click on the "Save" button. The answers you have already given will be stored until you decide to continue. You can continue to give your feedback at any time: You enter your ratings for the remaining questions and have the possibility to modify the ratings you have already given by clicking on the "Back" button. After having answered all the questions, you complete the feedback.

 

DELIVERY

When do I get my report?

Opportunities to give you feedback will be closed a maximum of 17 days after the start of your online assessment. Then you will receive your final report. A minimum of three of your feedback providers have to complete the survey before a significant report can be created. If all of your participants complete the assessment in under 17 days, your feedback report will be sent to you earlier. Go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘My orders to view the status of your feedback process.

Why is my report not generated?

For ensuring the anonymity of your feedback team, at least three feedbacks from colleagues, employees and friends are required. The feedback of your supervisor and your self-asssessment are not included.
Please motivate your feedback team to give you feedback - the more, the better and the more insightful.

Where do I find my report?

The results of your feedback will be provided to you in a detailed document. You will receive the PDF via email. Your report is also available for download under `My account`.
